For privacy reasons, remove items from Safari's History list after only one day.
Depending on your configuration, when viewing Safari's "History" list of previously-accessed websites, these sites may remain in the list for one month or longer. While this lets you easily find previously-viewed sites without having to remember their web addresses or use search engines to find them, if multiple people access your PC, this may violate your privacy.

When you send out meeting requests in Microsoft Outlook 2007, you can choose whether or not attendees can propose new times. This is done by clicking on the "Responses" button in the "Attendees" section of the Ribbon when sending out a new meeting request, then unchecking the "Allow New Time Proposals" box when the popup menu appears.
If most of your meeting requests require specific times that should not be changed, you can change Outlook's default so that every meeting request you send disallows new time proposals....

When you insert a picture into a Microsoft Publisher 2007 document, you may decide the image color scheme should be altered. Force text to fit inside its surrounding text box in Publisher 2007.
While Microsoft Publisher 2007 supports overflow text and text box linking, allowing text that won't fit inside one text box to flow to another one, depending on your document formatting this might not be a plausible solution. In these cases, unless you can reduce the amount of text inside the box, you may have to adjust the text formatting such as its spacing or font size to fit the text inside the box.
Instead of adjusting and readjusting text, Publisher 2007 has a feature that can automatically resize text to fit inside its box. You can force text to fit inside the current text box size or mark a text box so that whenever it is resized, the text size automatically adjusts for a best fit....
